Rollercoaster

Hi all need help advise someone to talk to and share my story 

I found out i was pregnant on a thursday then the friday started have a brown loss contacted GP and got a scan for the monday saw heart beat was amazing and was 6 weeks i then came home and 3 hours after my scan had a major bleed so set into panic rang epu back and got booked for another scan the following monday had the scan saw heart beat all was good baby had grown and was now estimated at 7 weeks and 1 day i am still have loss now and im 8 weeks 5 day but worried as all symptoms i had have gone i will feeling very tired tender breasts bloating and nausea but app have gone i have a scan on monday should i be worried about my loss of symptoms ? I have 1 daughter and have had 2 mmc :-( in the scans they could not see where the loss was coming from am just scared because of previous mmc's what you all think please help
