Extremely faint line

Hi ladies, so I took a pregnancy test 4 days ago and there was an extremely faint line, my mother in law confirmed she could see the line as well but on only just. Is this still a possibility or am I just getting my hopes up? I have extremely sore breasts, mood swings, food cravings, nausea, fatigue ect but my period is not late, It finished 2 weeks ago but in saying that I never ever feel like this before, during or after a period. I also have endometriosis and have no children yet but my partner and I are praying that it is and was a positive test. Please help!!!
