Help faint line

Hello im new to this site i was due on 19 no period sometimes they can be funny so i thought wait till 23 no period my belly keep bloating my nipple are so serives at start of the year i was told my tubes may be blood due to endometriosis but they wasn't sure as they inflamed from pic i done 2 other test no line waited couple day now this am i pregant? Me and my partner really want a baby many thanks
