Need help!!

hello guys! 

i just wanted to get a few things off my chest i found out that I was pregnant couple of weeks ago, I've been having constant backaches,urinating constantly,my left areola has gone a very dark colour,been feeling very sick and tired, I've had a lot of discharge! icarried on as normal and i missed my period for 2days however I've had some bleeding but not like a period, it's not light but not heavy, i don't fill a full tampon up not like when I have a period and have absolutely no pain what's so ever! 

Can anyone help me with what's going on??
