What's going on??

Hello mummies 😊 I'm not quite sure what's going on... I have had bad vomiting all day yesterday, along with severe back pain. I got up this morning and had a wee, and there was stringy clear discharge with red and brown bits? Sorry if tmi... my period is due on Wednesday. Anyone had this? Or know what could be going on?
