Baby Dropping!!

Does anyone know if you can tell when your baby drops. Is there any noticeable changes (is it very noticable in the bump) or aches and pains. Im getting realy impatient with 23 days to go. I have noticed in the last few days that the littlin is moving constantly and I feel utterely shattered, and I mean shattered, going upstairs to the loo is an effort. My bumbs also realy uncomfortable, I constantly feel like Ive just eaten a six course meal. Im guessing this is just normal stuff, but as I said Im getting impatient and looking for signs of progress....
