I recently bought 3 tests and they came up like this i only bought them as I haven’t came in and was wondering if I’m defenty pregnant they were only a pound I’ve only took 2 and Waiting to take the other one

Anyone know how accurate they are? I took 6 that were positive but went to the doctor with light cramping and bleeding and their urine test was negative.
I bought those ones from poundworld and were positive and I'm pregnant.
