Abdominal Pains (liver and gall)

Does anyone know how dangerous it could be for my baby if there is something wrong with my liver. When I was rushed into hospital last week I was told that something must have passed through my liver and the blood tests show that the liver was inflamed.

I'm not really sure if I like the sounds of that. Will my baby be at risk without medication?
