Hi Iv27, I have posted this subject before as have same problem. Basically most advice was to drink plenty and increase fibre (branflakes from co-op good) to avoid constipation. Moist toilet paper, suppositories from Dr and cream/ointment. Cold compress and witch hazel soaked pads. Hope this helps, if you have any ideas please share !!! I am overdue so am hoping mine will go soon!!!
i had them last time i was pregtoo they did go after but kept coming babk now they r worse than ever with this one hopeyoudont go to much longer before you have your baby its horrible being overdue
