is it thrush???

hi girlys,
need some advice im very sore down below and im just wondering if it could be thrush i have has a slightly thicker discharge and more of it but it hasnt been the classic cottage cheese discharge that i would assosiate with thrush. im just not sure if it is thrush tho i mentioned to m midwife that i was swollen and sore down below and she just said its normal at this stage of pregnancy (35 weeeks)

please help!!!
