Loving my pregnancy yoga class.

I posted on here a while ago asking if anyone had experience of pregnancy yoga. Well I started my class 2 weeks ago and you guys asked for an update...... I love it.
It has really made me consider my posture and my breathing. I'm already feeling muscles in my pelvis that I didn't know I had !
Also the hour session is so relaxing and I just think it's a great way to look after myself and take time out just for me during this pregnancy.
I'm only 17wks but there are some girls there much further on and they said they have noticed loads of benefits. I'm going to try and keep going after my initial 6wk booking runs out.
Also it's been a good way of meeting other mums to be in my area.
I would totally recommend it. Suz x
