Back ache

Hi.. Just wondered if someone could help.

I am 6wks pregnant.

Last night I started having lower back ache..and i still have it today. 

I'm worrying about anything and everything.. i can't help it. 

I'm having slight period pains this eve too. 

Is this normal or should I be worried?
