12 weeks and worried

need advice im currently 12 week and don’t even feel pregnant I often have light cramps but not period like cramps I feel more tired than usual but got no other symptom at all and wondering if anyone is in the same boat only reason I’m worrying is last year I had miscarriage really early and got my 12 week scan on Friday fingers crossed any advise or anything will be appreciated
