12 weeks pregnant and been getting a lot of thick white discharge?

So sorry for the disgusting photo, just so you know what im experiencing, in  12 weeks this week and the past 2 days I’ve been getting thick lumpy white discharge with a strong Odor, I know it’s common to get yeast infections when pregnant but I’ve never had an infection so I don’t know what I’m looking out for? Can anyone help??? And best to recommend to get rid of it ?
