Faint positive frer.. negative cbd 15dpo is it positive?

Hi guys, I’m new to this! Would you say that these are bfp? Can’t get a doctors appointment until Monday evening and I’m going crazy 😩! Last period 22/02/18.. negative cbd and having cramps and ever so slight spotting.. trying not to get our hopes up but has anyone experienced anything similar and ended up being pregnant? Thank you x
