Yep i love on gaviscon medicine hun I am suffering from heartburn something rotten! Also rennie tablets (the chalky ones) say they are suitable for use in pregnancy. I had awful trapped wind yesterday it was so painful so I went for a little walk around the house and did some stuff and it seemed to ease off a bit.
