Folic Acid

I stopped taking my folic acid at 16 weeks is that ok? I know it necassary to take it up to 12 weeks but I've started panicking that I should have carried on $:\$ (

i stopped at 12 weeks as well and 22 weeks scan showed everything is fine so dont worry

i took myn from bout 8weeks until just few weeks back im also takin pregnacare multivitamins thats got folic acid innit i dnt think it matters the more u have the better for the baby n urself i should imagine
