Nervous - threatened miscarrige

I have a question I was told I was having a threaten mc this month on the 4th I ended up having it and bleed for only a few days. Since then me and my partner he been trying to have another one and for the last past 2 and a half weeks I've been nauseous,  having frequent urination, tired,  moody,  dizzy,  the same symptoms I had when I was pregnant.  This is my first MC is it possible I could have gotten pregnant please help me

    Hiya,

    there is a chance you could of got pregnant. Maybe worth taking one of the digital tests next week.. or seeing GP.. 

    i had a miscarriage early December 2016 and by the end of December 2016 i was pregnant with my twin boys but didn't get a positive until mid / end of jan I think it was...
