Help please

Hi all i was due af yesterday tk test thursday got vaint positive then tk test couple days later a cbd whch was neg so was very confusd so i guess im pregnant after all yay. Bt one thng im really worried about is iv nt had proper symptoms and had tummy pains for 8 days and i feel like iv done 100 press ups i cnt seem to relax is this normal. Or could it be sign of twins as they run in mine and partners family. X
