    Aw wow!!

Congratulations, I'm so happy for you!

    How are you feeling?

I'm nearly 10 weeks, this will be my first and I've struggled to put on weight so I am naturally skinny so this is big for me haha!

I am worried because I've got an overactive thyroid but it is under control with tablets but I'm worried it'll rrsult in misscarriage. I've had 3 miscarriages in 4 years with my partner but this is the furthest I've gotten so hopefully I'm in luck this time! Xxx

I had 2 mc prior to my first born and I just took each day as it comes and he’s now 1years old (yes I got pregnant pretty much straight away after my son😂)

have you spoke to your midwife about the medication you’re on and she will tell you if it’s safe or not.

i feel fine I don’t get sickness with pregnancies I’m the lucky ones 😂

I guess with a mc you do have to take it each day as it comes, do you know if it was an underlying reason or did it just happen?

At least I know why it happened to me now so it's sorta calmed me down now, you can't help but panic!

I spoke to the gp and he believes it's safe, i was actually on the pill because the specialist suggested it a while back because of my thyroid and then bam! Im pregnant! So really I don't have a clue how many weeks I am, it's just a rough guess right now. Is there any where I can go for a dating scan?

I'm happy for you, at least you'll have 2 children without a big age gap! They can cause riots together hahaha! X

The midwife should send you for a dating scan at 12 weeks have you been refered to one? X

I have but it's not until 18th May... Doctors are pretty useless to be honest! X

SophieS96 - I would say it is start of a bump :) I am 10+2 today and when I took my pic 2 days ago I had tiny bump (smaller than yours) but it was obvious bump, not bloating, or food baby :D it depends on your uterus as well, as for example I have RVF uterus, thus it might take longer for me to show up.. I had been bloated in last 2 days as well, but now it is gone :) I heard that bump is usually jumping on around 16weeks+ until then it is highly personal :D good luck with your pregnancy  :)

Everness - Thank you so much for your reply!

Congratulations on the happy news by the way! Was it planned? :)

Ive been lucky not to really have any bloating, don't get me wrong, the nausea has taken over me!

Like I said, I'm not too sure how many weeks I am, this is just a guess so far. The belly hasn't gone down, only getting bigger so I hope it is a bump :D

Cobgrats again! Hope everything stays healthy and well! X

SophieS96 - I though I will be getting bump last week as I was waking up in the night (to pee or just for the fun of it) and in many days I found myself holding my belly and feeling it is bigger than usual.. and I was right when I had a look at my bump pic 😊 I started taking them when I was 4 weeks 😊 thanks 😊 congratulations to you too 😊 it was planned for us 😊 we were trying in the end of 2016 beginning 2017, but we then stopped, and sort of continued year after 😊 our first TTC month was February and I fell.. it was amazing feeling to see those 2 lines pop up 😊  I had super bad nausea only for a week, and week or so of mild nausea of sort.. I am very moody with foods however… bloating is off at the moment, hopefully it will stay that way..  was it planned for you? 😊 when are you booked for scan? then you will know your dates for sure 😊

Don't even get me started on the peeing Everness!! I'm getting up to pee at least 4 times in 1 hour, it's a nightmare! :(

I'm so happy for you guys! I can imagine how happy you were because you were trying for so long!!

It wasnt planned for me and my partner, always wanted a baby but for medical reasons I was put on contraceptives. I found out I was pregnant 2 days ago so not sure when I conceived! My dating scan is on the 18th may, I'm so excited!! When are you having your scan? X

SophieS96 - thank you 😊 it was great, but I will be truly happy when I will see my little bean on scan next Tuesday - I don’t know about my NHS 12 week scan, but I am booked for private Harmony test+scan on 1st.. after we get the results from bloods we will tell our families 😊 mine won’t be expecting it at all.. I am only 23, got married last year November (mum was not excited about it, but in the end it went well) and I am finishing my masters at the moment 😊 I am both excited and anxious about telling my parents 😃 I can always count on my brother getting excited and highly probably my grandma 😃 and my hubby’s family wants grandchildren for some time 😃 so.. I hope your medical reasons won’t get worse with pregnancy, when I went to see my MW she put me on consultant led care due to my asthma, but might be switched back to MW, as they never know how will your conditions go when pregnant, some better, some worse, some no change 😃 how did your partner react to the news? 😊

Everness - we are both in the same boat I think!

I am 21 I turn 22 in August, I've got a good job and so does my partner so we're both really lucky. However, we've both only started our new jobs at the begining of the year so it wasn't the best timing but I'm still really happy!

If you ever need advice about telling your family then feel free to message me.

My partner was anxious about the pregnancy at first but he's come around and we can't wait for the scan. :)

I'm nervous about telling my family too, i don't think they'll take it well but that isn't my problem. I don't get along with my mother in law so I can't imagine she'll be happy either but we hope it goes well. Im not sure when the best time is to tell everyone. Any advice? :( X

Sophie 😊 nice 😊 if you both have really good jobs there is not much your family could have to say about it.. you are not dependent on them.. and you are happy so they should be too.. it can take guys by surprise, but after a while you get to see what they really think/feel about it 😊 and it is great that you are both looking forward to scan 😊 I haven’t told my mum about the wedding, until I really had to and she was seriously upset but it changed after that.. I won’t get to see her much until August this year and then she needs my help, so I think she will calm down until then.. I plan on telling her in a nice way (as she was upset she did not know about the wedding in such way etc and was really playing victim on me later on) so I am giving her a second chance.. I am planning on sending her flowers for mothers day with scan picture.. with my dad.. that I have no idea how it will go, but I plan on telling him in nice way too.. I am with him more often than what I used to (we live in same city now, parents are divorced and I was mainly with mum prior to my studies), he loves me and he once ages ago told me he will always be on my side when he knows about things 😃 so I hope it will go well, he was on my side for the wedding, so he is partially tested… I would suggest you wait until 12 week scan as then you can see if everything is alright and the major chances of miscarriage have dropped 😊 that is how many of ladies are doing it, me included 😊 but I also want the Harmony results first 😊 so I would be announcing pregnancy together with gender

fingers crossed all will go well :)

Also, this is the bump with clothes on so I'm really struggling to hide it from people, luckily I live away from my family so they haven't seen me yet since finding out but work are suspicious!

Taken a week ago, my 26 week bump. I felt like it took ages for my bump to bump! It wasn’t until around 20/21 weeks that I started to look pregnant rather then overindulging! But now it’s rounded and I get people asking me when I’m due. Some people say I still look small but this is my first so I think my abs are just being warriors at the moment 😂

Oh wow! I can't wait for mine to look like that, sick of looking bloated even though I'm not :(

Hows the pregnancy going? All well?

    Congrats! X

So far everything seems to be going well, but I don’t like to jinx it! Backache is starting to set in now and the tiredness has ramped up as the third trimester looms but I’m still high on pregnancy feel good hormones!

I was very bloated to begin with, I will put some pics up of when I found out (5 weeks) to compare to when the bloat set in (about 10/12 weeks). Most women get bloated as your digestive system slows down, makes you feel quite uncomfortable but it does ease up!

Wow! You can definitely see the difference! I'm lucky enough to not have really any bloating... Not sure how many weeks I am really though. Gonna try and get an early private scan, I can't wait this long! I don't want to tell my work until I know how many weeks I am but you can see my bump in my jeans and that's all I wear for work. Not sure what to do on that :( its not warm enough here to wear a flowy dress or anything! Hahaha any advice? X
