Positive tests and occasional spotting

Hi all, 

I have been testing each morning for the last 4 days and have had 5 positive tests...had urine tested at Doctors last night(4pm) and theirs were negative but I had a positive test again this morning. Had bloods done this morning at Doctors so fingers crossed that tomorrow I will know for certain. 

Also had so sporadic spotting since last Wednesday but it has never progressed in to a flow. 

Anyone else experienced this and gone on to have a healthy pregnancy? Really anxious as was pregnant this time last year which sadly ended in miscarriage xx
