Very faint line on pregnancy test

hi there I took a pregnancy test this morning and a very faint second line appeared. I finished my period 3 weeks ago (I’m very irregular btw) but for the past week and a half I’ve been cramping like I’m going to get my period, no blood has appeared though and I never cramp for this long or this early befor my period, the the last two days i had a heavier breakfast than usual and became a little nauseated after. Decided I’d take a pregnancy test, I used first response the one that can tell 6 days before your missed period. And I’d like to know what you ladies think? Is there a line? Or am I seeing things that aren’t
