Help, I have pregnancy HIVES ! I itch so much lol

So I have hives everywhere. Not every inch but I have them on my legs, thighs, hips, waist, back, neck, ears, and arms, shoulders, knees, ankle. lol I have been reading and apparently pregnancy can cause hives because of the hormonal imbalance and increase of estrogen and progestrone. Has any had this ? What did you do ? Did you know of any one else had it ? I am 6+6 weeks along. I see the obgyn in an hour. I went yesterday but I only had two so we thought something may have bit me. Thank you for your thoughts and stories !
