Antinatal

Hi ladies

Just wondered if anyone is going on a day course antinatal or has already been on one, I am doing mine on Saturday 10am - 4pm and not sure what to expect? apparently they have a physio there to, whats that all about? They planning on breaking me? :lol:

    lol. I did it with my first, went on a day long course at the hospital and it was just like normal antenatal classes but all in a day. This was 5 years ago now though so might have changed.

    I have a son who is 10 and I didnt bother with antinatal then but age has def made me more paranoid and I am not so laid back this time! plus cant remember bob all about it other than panting alot and having a rubbish midwife, not alot to go on really lol.
