pregnancy tickers?help please

hiya

just wondering how you display the tickers on your posts? i have created one and they have couple of links to copy and paste, which one do i use? also is there a way i can set it to come up on all my posts without having to copy and paste each time?

Use the one that for websites where html isnt allowed - mine says PsuedoHTML, UBB Code or BB Code - there isnt a way to make it come up each time automatically you have to copy and paste it mate
