Recommendation for DVD - yoga or pilates?

Can anybody recommend me a good yoga or pilates DVD? I wont bother going to a class because I'm lazy like that. Preferably with no hippy ums and ahhhhs in it? My back and ribs are killing and I seem to have a weird belly muscle protrusion. Time for some pre-emptive action!

    I got davina post and pre-natal work out its fab and the me and my baby pregnancy yoga dvd, there's loads on amazon, I just looked there pretty much the same poses in most and include breathing and pelvic floor, mine is set in idyllic byron bay in australia.. X
