Itchy feet?

Should I be worried about having itchy feet? I get water retention so they're quite swollen come the evenings but often at night they get really itchy and I end up scrubbing them with a hairbrush to ease it! It only really comes in the evenings and during the night. It's only really on my feet and there's no rash or anything. I've had a tiny bit of itching in my hands but not nearly as much. People keep scaring me with stories of O.C and PUPPP but I really don't think it's severe enough to be that! Anyone experiencing this or think it's worth getting checked out? Don't have a GP appt for nearly 3 weeks now. I'm 28 + 2 by the way x
