please keep bumping up !!

hey girls,, just bumped up the spd info i found a few weeks ago when it seems everyone was struggling with it!! we keep bringing it up everynow and again just to keep it refreshed!
more of you are posting the same questions so i thought it would be handy to shear all our experiences,
as its a horrible thing and attacts in many diferent ways !!
