Apparently not - I looked at one today and the lady in the shop said not. She also said, when the baby is in the lie flat part you're meant to take the doubles seat off first, before you take the baby out, although very few people do.
I think the Vibe can be folded with the doubles seat on - although ot's a lot more expensive.
The doubles seat did seem quite easy to remove though.
