Rash on face?????

Hi everyone, a quick question. I have a sort of rash all over my face which looks like lots of freckles but only red! it dosnt itch its not sore or anything and i dont think it's heat rash as iv been fine. Does enyone else think it could be from vomiting last night?

    Hi dont think i will be much help but when i was pregnant with my LO i had a red rash all up my arm from my little finger up to my elbow. midwife said, some women just get a rash sometimes. she was completely right and it went straight after birth. like yours it was red,not bumpy and never itched. speak to midwife if you are worried xx
