raspberry tea?

hi,all iv read on here that having raspbery leaf tea helps you when your in labour? when can i start drinking it?

and is raspbery tea the same has raspberry leaf tea?

    Hi not sure about rasberry tea being the same as rasberry leaf tea or not but I am sure that you shouldn't start drinking it till 37 weeks. Tammi xxx
