FAO sophy

Just wanted to say try sleeping with a pillow between your knees, it really helps with the pelvic pain. Also, if you have or can get one try sleeping in or on something silky, makes turning over much easier!


  • thanx-i did try the pillow but it just keeps popping out!! Silky thing is a good idea to help turning over-there is such a rucus every time i turn over at mo that OH wakes up shouting am i in labour LOL!
  • lol bless him, my hubby was like that too. Everytime I phoned him or took a little while to answer my phone he thought I was in labour!
    Have you tried one of those v shaped pillows? I found a normal one kept popping out too so I brought a v shaped one and it was great, I used it for breast feeding after too.
