Help!!! Found out pregnant few weeks after boyfriends left me 😩

So my partner left me about a month ago and I found out last week that I’m about 5 weeks pregnant. I’m absolutely devastated, I love him so much and he loves me just not in the same way anymore apparently as I was so insecure due to past relationship I think I annoyed him a little bit the last straw was me looking in his phone. He hadn’t done anything and I know I was being stupid but now the damage is done. I haven’t told him I’m pregnant yet as I’m sure he won’t be happy. Feel so stupid and down 😢
