can I take anything?

I am 12 +3 today and have come home from work with the worst headache ver and feel quite sick.Was just wondering if I can take anything for the headache - I don't think I can,but just checking.

    just paracetamol hun and only 2 nothing worse a cup of sugary tea and a wee sleep helps me too sometimes xx

    Yeah paracetemol is fine, make sure you've drunk lots of water too and have a lovely early night. Feel better soon. Three more sleeps until you see your LO!
