Brown spotting & slight pain and pressure

Today I am 6 weeks with my second child (my first is 16 years old), 39 years old and have been having brown spotting only when I wipe. Throughout the day I feel slight pains and, well, pressure, is what I could best describe it as.  I had my first HCG count done on Monday which was 1397 (closer to the higher end for 4-5 weeks) and had a second draw today, so I’m waiting for those results.  I haven’t had any bad pain or pink or red spotting at anytime.  This has been going on for nearly a week, wondering if I’m not alone in this.  I’m terrified!
