Pain in left arm

i have a pain in my left arm. it is mainly from the elbow to the wrist sometimes with a little bit of pain in the top. I am 6 weeks pregnant do you think it is anything to worry about?

    if its a constant pain i would give midwife or gp a ring. there's no harm in a phone call and they are there for anything thats worrying you!
