Still not sure if pregnant. Now found large lump in my left breast

Hi still on my blood test to come back on if im pregnant. But the worry now is my left breast had been hurting since friday just gone and today this morning found large lump on my left breast very sore. I will get up early in morning to get to my gp. But now im so scared and frightend i know it might not be cancer and my be a cyst but either way im scared for myself and if pregnant for the baby too. My head is in bits. And i know i have to wait to see gp but it does not stop worrying and being concerned. Any adive would be great. Jobygirl
