Confused 😕

Hi all so on the 14th March I took two pregnancy tests which confirmed I was pregnant, then on the 16th I started to bleed. Only a few spots but then got slightly heavier. Called 111 and was given an appointment at a&e. Asked to do a Urine sample which came back negative. They said they not sure if it was an early miscarriage or not. Wouldn’t send me for further tests due to the negative they got from the urine. Just want to know if people think it was an early miscarriage or should I look into things further? Bleeding has stopped but I’m still experiencing cramping in lower abdomen. Thanks for any help.
