hi everyone, do you know if these pills are safe for pregnancy? I’ve been taking them for a while, was going to ask my doctor about them but my appointment is late next week 🙄
Let me know what your doctor says. I'm taking the same strength. I take it every second day. You can buy pregnacare tablets that also have an omega 3 tablet, so im guessing it's safe! I just bought Boots own brand, as its way cheaper.

I will do Jane! Did a bit of research last night, everything says if it’s pure fish body oil it’s safe but if it contains cod liver oil it isn’t x
it says this on the cod liver oil tablets! The omega 3 tabs just says consult your doctors advice if you’re pregnant like most food supplements (including pregnacare) Feeling confident that the omega 3 is safe!
