Heartburn

I'm 15 weeks pregnant, 2nd pregnancy, have a 2 year old boy. I completely forgot that I used to suffer from heartburn until I got a lovely reminder last night. The type of heartburn I get happens at night. I'll wake up and feel like I'm chocking. It's such a horrible feeling. I ate a bigger than normal dinner very close to bed time. Maybe if I avoid doing that again I won't get that type of heartburn again. Not really looking for advice as I know heartburn is normal in pregnancy and everyone has different triggers. Just wanted to post :)

    I'd definitely agree that you should avoid large meals close to bed time. Also potentially try going to sleep with an extra pillow. I've found following both of those tips really helps me.
