So I’ve just relied last week I have some mash potatoes with Parmesan and it’s used with unpasteurised milk! I’m now in a freak out!

  • Freak out 🤦🏼‍♀️
  • Don't worry to much we all been there. They changed so many rules in last 10 years. What was good 10 years ago is big No-No now. Just next time try to control what you having x
  • I literally had a small amount but just  realised about parmesan while I was googling pesto x

Just remember why we're told not to eat these things. It's only because there is a higher risk of it making us (and therefore the baby) ill.

I've eaten lots of soft cheese, red meat and fresh sushi in my life and have never once been ill or caught anything as a result. You'll probably be absolutely fine, just make sure to avoid it in future ☺️
