Maternity allowance form help
I’m currently off sick at work at the moment and due to go back in next couple of weeks! Not sending the form off for a few more weeks as it’s not time yet! I finish for maternity in December - do I tick yes or no as I haven’t ‘last worked’ yet it’s confusing 🙈0
