Boy or girl? Please help!

Hi there! I just came home from my 16 weeks scan. In week 12, the sonographer told me it was a boy. However, I found that a bit early to tell - also because we couldn’t see the angle of the nub (we didn’t see the baby from the side view). I am 16 weeks now and got a shot between his/her legs. It looks like three lines for me but I am very confused about what she said earlier in week 12. 

I have also attached a scan from week 13 (for the skull theory). 

Please help me out on this one, what are your thoughts on the gender?
