Taking canesten oral thrush tablet in pregnancy?!?

So I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and I’ve been on antibiotics for a Urine infection and whenever I take antibiotics I get thrush so I spoke to the doctor yesterday I told him that I’m 27 weeks and I have thrush and he prescribed me canesten thrush duo oral tablet and cream but I thought the oral tablet shouldn’t be taken in pregnancy? It even says on the box do not take when pregnant so now I don’t know what to do?
