Impact of stress and emotional stress early pregnancy

I'm just wondering what are the factors of stress in early pregnancy and can it lead to MC? 

Since I found out my BFP the last week has been very up and down me and.OH have been rowing badly my anxiety and stress levels are through the .roof I've been crying alot  I'm scared all this stress will have a negative impact on my pregnancy and result in a MC. I'm still forcing my self to eat and taking my supliments but I'm scared
