Feeling positive

I was diagnosed with PCOS earlier this year and told it would be very difficult to conceive. We are due to start treatment early next year as I haven’t had a period for 7 months but this morning I did a ‘just in case’ pregnancy test and it was positive, I’ve since done 2 more and all positive! I will book a doctors appt next week but just wondering if anyone could advise me as to how far along I’m likely to be? As I haven’t had a period in a long time, it’s hard to know! I’ve been extremely tired and had achey breasts for about 2 weeks but other than that, no symptoms xx
