9 week appointment

Hi, I have my first antinatial appointment today. I'm Abit worries because the midwife has gave me 2 pee cups, do I need to do one before I go to the clinic? I can't remember if I got told to or not my midwife isn't answering the phone eather so I can find out what I need to do. Any help you all can offer me?
