Scan at 5weeks 5days

I had a mmc in July at 13weeks. Found out weeks ago that I’m expecting again and I have a reassurance/dating scan this Thursday. I feel so ill thinking about it. My anxiety is through the roof. (The last scan I went to I was told my little girl no longer had a heartbeat) I understand I’m very early and I’ve been reading that I might not see anything just an empty sac. Has anyone had a scan this early? What did you see? 
Also I think I ovulated earlier than expected so if that’s the case I could be (6weeks 2days)

    I had my first scan at 6 weeks and 2 days n all we could see was a blob and a heart beat x

    I had a scan at just over 5 weeks and you could just see the sac and yolk. Another scan at 6+2 a day could see a feral pole and heartbeat x
