Groin pain?

I hope it's okay to ask this here. I found out I'm pregnant 4 days ago. This is my 3rd pregnancy, my second ending in a miscarriage. Since yesterday I have an ache in my groin on the right side almost like a pulled muscle. I had this with my second pregnancy too but it started the day I miscarried so I'm super nervous.
Is this normal? With my first pregnancy I didn't experience this but I did have really bad sciatica and pelvic girdle pain.

    It's normal you body is going through changes right now and it will adjust because it's still very early these cramps can be similar to period ones so I wouldnt worry as long as you havent got any bleeding it's fine just make sure you book your first midwife appointment and consult with your doctor if in doubt
