I feel like I Could be constipated and have been having serve cramping in my lower belly since yesterday afternoon I have been to the toilet and it seems to have calmed down but not gone away, this happened on Thursday aswell and I’m freeking out. I haven’t had any blood ect. Should I call the doctor?
